We are looking at consolidating and improving the quality of services and further enabling the tribal team to take over the management of the hospital as well as the ASHWINI Board. A Management Committee consisting entirely of members from within the tribal community has been formed and it has been involved with the overall day to day running of the Health System. We have NABH certification and are working on improving the SOPs in the Hospital. Youngsters are being encouraged to join the team both in the hospital as well as in the areas to bring in fresh zeal & vigour.
